This fall, turn your post-Halloween pumpkins into a powerful gift for rescued farm animals by joining Lisa McGuigan of @TemeculaMama and Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary for the 4th Annual Pumpkin Drive! Your uncarved and unpainted pumpkins can provide nourishing treats and joy to animals in need. Let’s come together as a community to make a difference!
From November 1-3, 2024, drop off your uncarved and unpainted pumpkins at any of our convenient locations across San Diego and the Temecula Valley. It’s a simple, fun way to support animal welfare and reduce waste, while helping sanctuaries provide food and enrichment for their rescued animals.
Every uncarved and unpainted pumpkin you donate will go directly to Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary and its partner sanctuaries across Southern California. These pumpkins provide vital nutrition and enrichment for rescued farm animals, offering them a special treat that’s both fun and healthy.
At Sale Ranch, we are committed to saving animals discarded by the food industry, and with your help, we can continue to offer them a safe and loving home. Your support also furthers our mission to promote plant-based eating and regenerative gardening—fostering a healthier, more sustainable future for animals, people, and the planet.
This event is more than just pumpkin donations—it’s about fostering community and compassion. Lisa McGuigan, founder of @TemeculaMama, shares:
“This event not only helps provide for animals but also brings our community together in a meaningful way. We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support and generosity of our compassionate community and to sanctuaries like Sale Ranch who serve as champions for animals throughout the year.”
Let’s make this year’s Pumpkin Drive the biggest one yet! Whether you’re donating a pumpkin or sharing our mission, every action counts toward a kinder, more compassionate world for farm animals.
