Rosemary

Rosemary’s journey to Sale Ranch was marked by tragedy and rescue. She and her siblings Russell and Regan were rescued from a horrific and neglectful farm in Malibu. This farm had been breeding goats for their brush clearing business, engaging in experimental and irresponsible breeding practices that resulted in the death of many mothers during or shortly after giving birth. As a result, there were 30 orphaned newborn goat babies needing urgent care and attention.

Thanks to the intervention of Animal Control, Rosemary and her siblings found their way to Sale Ranch, where they were welcomed with open arms. Rosemary is described as an adorable and spicy girl, full of energy and a zest for life. Despite her challenging start, she has become a beloved member of the ranch family.

Rosemary, also affectionately known as Rosie, has a special affinity for getting everyone riled up and loves to bring a lively spirit to the ranch. However, she also has a softer side and enjoys cuddling and seeking affection from those around her. Her presence is a reminder of resilience and the power of compassion in giving animals like her a second chance at a happy and fulfilling life.

At Sale Ranch, Rosemary has found a safe and loving home where she can thrive and be surrounded by care. Her story serves as a testament to the importance of responsible breeding practices and the need to provide animals with a nurturing environment where they can grow and flourish.
