Pie, Flowers and Wind

Posted on February 20, 2023

Despite the windy conditions, the Pie and Floral Workshop proved successful!

With gusts of wind blowing in just before the event was set to begin, we quickly relocated from the Sale Ranch gardens to our medical barn, which was still being completed. The cozy and intimate atmosphere of the barn provided a much-needed respite from the chilly winds and ensured that our guests were comfortable throughout the event.

Upon arrival, guests were treated to a self-guided tour where they had the opportunity to meet The Cowboys and receive some affectionate, slobbery kisses. Our guest instructor, Brandi Nicole from The Petal Bar Temecula, led a hands-on tutorial on creating stunning flower arrangements. Her clear and easy-to-follow instructions allowed participants to unleash their creativity and incorporate best practices, resulting in exquisite arrangements that everyone was proud to take home.

To cap off the workshop, we indulged in delicious Lazy Daisy Pies in various flavors, including strawberry, mixed berry, peach, and apple.

We are incredibly grateful to Brandi Nicole, Lazy Daisy Pies, and our guests who support our critical work at Sale Ranch.
