Once each season, we open our gates and invite you to experience Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary from the inside.
Spring Open Ranch is a rare opportunity to go behind the barn doors—to meet our rescued farm animals, hear their stories of survival and healing, and explore the sanctuary grounds in a way that’s personal, inspiring, and unforgettable.
A Morning of Meaningful Moments for All Ages
Whether you’re curious about what makes a sanctuary different, looking for a special day out with the family, or simply drawn to connect with animals in a more heartfelt way—this event was made for you.
As you explore the ranch, you’ll find docents throughout the sanctuary ready to share the stories of our residents and answer questions, making your visit both engaging and educational.
What You’ll Experience
- Meet our rescued animal residents, including the Cowboys (our three affectionate steers) and Roo the goat, who’s known for his charming personality and demand for compliments
- Tour our spring garden, where fresh produce is grown for both our animal residents and upcoming seasonal community suppers
- Enjoy snacks and drinks, available for purchase throughout the morning
- Shop the Sale Ranch merchandise trailer, featuring exclusive items and our first-ever clearance sale
- Capture memorable photos, share smiles, and enjoy a peaceful morning surrounded by compassion

- General Admission: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Ticket Options
🌿 VIP Experience – $50 per person (Only 15 Tickets Available)
Begin your morning with early entry at 9:30 AM, a warm welcome in the garden, and a private guided tour with Founder Jen Sale. Includes a complimentary plant-based breakfast box and time for meaningful one-on-one moments with our team and residents.
🐐 General Admission – $20 per person
Entry begins at 10:00 AM. Children 2 years old and under are free.
💚 $25+ Monthly Donors
Receive FREE admission + a complimentary beverage as our thank you for your continued support.
