At golden hour, we’ll begin with a blessing of the turkeys—a rare and reverent moment that sets this evening apart. Then, under a canopy of glowing market lights, you’ll gather at long harvest tables for a garden-grown, 100% plant-based feast thoughtfully prepared to celebrate the season. Each dish will be crafted with care, using fresh, vibrant ingredients that honor the earth, the animals we protect, and the compassionate community that makes our work possible.
As the hillside glows with sunset, live music by Wayward Hope fills the gardens with soulful melodies, creating the perfect soundtrack for gratitude and celebration. We’ll close the evening together around the fire, raising a toast to kindness and to the animals who call Sale Ranch home.
