Set in the gardens under glowing market lights, Spring Seasonal Supper is a limited-seat outdoor dining experience designed for just 50 guests. The evening begins with a self-guided stroll through the ranch as the animal residents settle in for the night, followed by a thoughtfully prepared dinner in one of the ranch’s most memorable settings.
Guests will then sit down to a three-course plated plant-based dinner by Chef Alexa Soto of Fueled Naturally, inspired by vibrant Mexican American flavors and featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from the Sale Ranch gardens. Expect a meal that feels abundant, flavorful, and beautifully crafted from start to finish.
The evening also includes live music by Sommer Grace Duo, and adult beverages and a curated non-alcoholic option are included.
