We had the privilege of hosting Gene Baur, the visionary founder of the farm sanctuary movement and the Co-founder and President of Farm Sanctuary, which has sanctuaries in California and New York. This wasn’t just an ordinary visit; it marked a profound gathering of hearts and minds, a celebration of two vital principles: compassion and sustainability.
