Celebrate the season of rebirth, renewal, and fresh beginnings with our authentic farm-to-table dining experience.
Our Spring Seasonal Supper is a unique culinary event featuring renowned guest executive chefs who create exquisite menus utilizing the fresh and clean produce grown at the Sale Ranch gardens.
Our gardens are brimming with various cool-climate crops, including snap peas, carrots, onions, and potatoes, along with an assortment of fresh greens such as swiss chard, kale, and lettuce. Our beautiful flower beds are adorned with blooming calendulas, cosmos, snapdragons, and zinnias, which look and smell fabulous and attract native bees and other beneficial insects to the garden, helping to pollinate and produce delicious food.


The event will take place in the lush gardens of Sale Ranch and include live acoustic music, a three-course plant-based dinner, and adult beverages. Before dinner, take a leisurely self-guided walking tour of the ranch and meet some of our residents. It’s a perfect evening to relax and unwind.
Tickets for the Spring Seasonal Supper are limited to only 54 guests, and no onsite sales are available. The event starts at 5:00 pm and ends at 7:30 pm.
